Product Management Associate or Specialist


Position Summary: Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals


Role Description: Responsible for product planning and product marketing to increase market share


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Defining Product Strategy and Roadmap: Conduct thorough analysis of sales history and market trends to inform strategic decisions aligned with company goals. This involves identifying opportunities for growth, determining target markets, and outlining a roadmap for the development and promotion of products.


Determining Product Pricing: Utilize market research data, review production and sales costs, and anticipate volume to determine optimal product pricing. Additionally, evaluate special and customized

orders to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.


Inventory and Shipment Management for Canada: Oversee inventory and shipment management for Canada, ensuring adequate stock levels to fulfill sales orders. Conduct demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Additionally, handle SCM master registration, including data entry and updates for new material codes.


Monitoring Sales and Profit Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales and profit performance by product, region, and sales manager. This helps in identifying trends, assessing performance against targets, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.


Preparing and Providing Sales and Profit Reports: Generate various sales and profit reports to provide stakeholders with insights into performance metrics, trends, and opportunities. These reports aid in decision-making and strategic planning.


Building Strong Customer Relationships: Focus on building strong relationships with Canadian customers by delivering exceptional levels of customer service. This involves understanding their needs, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.


Collaborating with Marketing Team: Play a pivotal role in launching promotions and events by collaborating closely with the Marketing team. This includes coordinating promotional activities, aligning messaging and branding efforts, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:


Education and Work Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


Knowledge and Skills:

Good organization skills and able to multi-task

Physical Demands:  

·         * Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.

·         * Position requires minimal lifting up to 4 lbs.
